Dr. Dana Beth Ardi, Advisor
Dr. Dana Beth Ardi is an Advisor to Huntbridge. She is a thought leader and expert in the fields of talent management, organizational design, assessment, leadership, coaching, and recruiting. Dana is a well-known innovator in the human capital movement. She is currently the Managing Director and Founder of Corporate Anthropology Advisors, L.L.C., a consulting company that provides human capital advisory and innovative solutions to companies building value through people. She also serves as Executive Advisor of Human Capital at CCMP Capital, a leading private equity firm.
Previously, Dana was a Partner/Managing Director at CCMP Capital and JPMorgan Partners. She was a Partner at venture capital firm Flatiron Partners, where she pioneered the human capital role within an investment portfolio. Prior to that, Dana served as co-chair of Global Communications, Entertainment and Technology practice of TMP Worldwide. Dana has acquired an in-depth knowledge, not only of the leading companies and managers, but of industries, the importance of organizations on which they depend and the most promising future business opportunities where people are the strategy. Dana served as Senior Vice President of New Media for R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company where she was responsible for joint ventures/strategic alliances and guided venture capital investments in new media and information technologies. Prior to that, she was President of The Infotainment Corporation where she consulted for various leading studios, publishers, technology, retail and telecommunication companies.
Dana holds a B.S from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an M.S in Education and a Ph.D. from Boston College. She was a professor at the graduate center at Fordham University in New York. Dana’s philanthropic efforts include serving on the corporate Board of AMC Entertainment Inc. and on the Creative Arts Council of the Museum of Modern Art, New York. She serves on the Board of Directors for New Yorkers for Parks and is a member of the Royal Society of the Arts.
